James P. Benedetti

As owner and principal, Mr. Benedetti brings to the firm over twenty two years of highly successful practice in the profession of landscape architectural design and park planning.

JPBLA, Inc., Mr. Benedetti has been fortunate to be involved in a wide variety of projects from custom residential to major corporate headquarters. Mr. Benedetti has also provided landscape architecture services for several school projects. Most notably, Rancho Community Church and Schools , a 50 acre church school campus located in Temecula, CA, Carlsbad High School Gymnasium, Greenfield Elementary School, El Cajon, CA, San Diego State University Parking Structure and several park projects adjacent to school facilities located in Rancho Cucamonga.

Mr. Benedetti has also been responsible for project observation and construction administration, handling all aspects of irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, hardscape paving, etc.
